I am a second generation repairman with over 20 years experience right here in the Charlotte-Metro area. Having grown up in a small family roofing and remodeling business household, I began honing my skills at a a very young age. After graduating high school at 17 years of age I began working summers during college as a laborer to earn money for books and living expenses. These summers were a great lesson in what a “good day’s hard work” meant and taught me a lot about myself as I matured into adulthood. Upon finishing college I began working full time along side experienced technicians acquiring skills and knowledge in various trades. After a few years I began transitioning into the inspection/estimating end of the business. I learned about contracts, material ordering, scheduling of projects and many aspects of customer service. Eventually I became the general manager and was in charge of day to day operations. After several years in this role the time came for me to start my own operation bringing on the birth of McToolman.
I truly enjoy helping homeowners with their larger replacement projects and any home repairs no matter how big or small. It brings me great joy when I see the smile on my customers faces after completing a project. After all, your home is likely your biggest investment and I do not take this lightly. I aim to provide the best product and service I am capable of on every job. A big part of a successful project is the ability of all employees working together to utilize each individuals skills to provide the highest output possible. I learned a long time ago that an old saying, “you are only as good as your weakest link”, is true reality in the service industry. For this reason I have carefully selected each and every member of the McToolman team. I believe we have no “weakest link” but rather a well oiled chain of mighty links working together to drive our engine of success.
